Terms of Service

1. Agreement to these terms

These terms apply to anyone who signs up for a LemonFoldr plan (Starter, Pro, or Pro Plus) or purchases an add-on. By paying the setup fee or continuing to use the service after we've onboarded you, you're agreeing to them.

2. What's included

Each plan bundles social content, a GoHighLevel CRM seat, and the automations described on the pricing page for that tier. What's included in your specific plan is whatever the pricing page listed on the day you signed up, unless we've agreed to something different with you in writing.

3. Pricing, setup fee, and billing

Plan prices and the one-time setup fee are published on the pricing page. The setup fee covers onboarding — connecting your accounts, building your CRM pipeline, and configuring the platform — and is due before we start that work. It is not refundable once onboarding has begun.

After setup, you're billed monthly at the rate for your plan. If we change plan pricing, it won't affect what you're already paying — new rates only apply if you upgrade, downgrade, or resubscribe after a cancellation.

4. Minimum term

Plans have a three-month minimum term, starting from the date your setup is complete. If you cancel before the three months are up, you're responsible for the remaining balance of that term.

After the initial three months, plans run month-to-month. You can upgrade, downgrade, or cancel with 30 days' written notice.

5. Your responsibilities

You're responsible for giving us access to the accounts we need (social pages, ad accounts, your CRM), for responding when we ask for approvals or information, and for making sure anything you send us (copy, images, offers, claims) is accurate and something you have the right to use.

6. Your data and your CRM

The GoHighLevel seat we provision for you, and everything you or we put into it — contacts, pipeline, automations, content calendar — belongs to you. If you cancel, we'll help you export what's reasonably exportable; we don't hold your data hostage to keep you subscribed.

We don't sell your data or your customers' data to anyone, and we don't take a commission from any tool we set you up with.

7. Add-ons

Website builds, landing pages, the AI chatbot, and ad spend management are priced and billed separately from your plan, as described on the pricing page. Ad spend itself is billed on your own ad accounts, not through us.

8. Intellectual property

You own your brand, your content, and anything created specifically for your account. We own our internal processes, templates, and tools — using our service doesn't transfer ownership of those to you.

9. No guaranteed results

We run your marketing and CRM systems; we don't control your market, your product, or your sales team. We don't guarantee a specific number of leads, followers, or revenue, and nothing on this site should be read as a promise of a specific outcome.

10. Limitation of liability

To the extent permitted by law, LemonFoldr LLC is not liable for indirect, incidental, or consequential damages arising from the service. Our total liability for any claim is limited to the amount you paid us in the three months before the claim arose.

11. Termination

Cancellation follows the minimum term and notice period in Section 4. We may also suspend or end service immediately if payment fails and isn't resolved within a reasonable period, or if you use the service for something illegal.

12. Governing law

These terms are governed by the laws of the Republic of the Philippines, without regard to conflict-of-law principles.

13. Changes to these terms

We may update these terms as the service changes. If we make a material change, we'll post the update here with a new date — continuing to use the service after that means you accept the update.
